was thinking bout the word "sorry" last night on duty...

are you a person that feels that "sorry no cure" after the incident has taken place?
or
are you someone who feels that "better late then never *when it comes to apology*"?
---------
for the latter you are someone who thinks that when someone did something wrong to you, a word of apology can appease your anger.
but for the former, you are someone who thinks that even if that person say sorry also doesnt salvage the situation.

so, is it important to say sorry?
or shld i say, under what circumstances shld we say sorry?
