either you be the elite or you be the lowest "life-form".
what about those in the middle?

those in the middle, the "privileged" (depends on individual perspectives) ones, are given leadership roles.
in true definition, a leader is someone who holds a certain degree of power.
however, in this organisation, the leader has no power. he has to lead (thats of course), but the power he behold is to the minimal.
the minimal here refers to not being to make the final decision, not being able to be flexible even if he wants to be, etc.
the worst part is that he has to suck up all the shit left behind either by himself, the elites or the lowest life forms.
